Attention! Due to current construction work on the Düppel campus, traffic routing on the site is currently being changed.

Please follow the signs between the Small Animal Clinic and the Equine Clinic. To unload, please stop at our covered forecourt and then come to the registration area.

A zone for loading and unloading is designated.

The clinic works together with BFS health finance GmbH for the billing of treatments, through which you will usually receive your invoice by post.

In the course of data collection, we are obliged to submit a preliminary purchase request to BFS. If this is negative, you must pay the invoice amount when you collect your horse on site.

You can pay cashless by debit card or credit card.

Cash payment is not possible.

We charge an emergency service fee of €59.50 gross (€50 net) for all patients who

• delivered during the day without an appointment and all patients who

• come to the emergency service between 16:00 and 8:00 and

• Friday from 16:00 to Monday 8:00.

If there are currently known cases of druse in your herd, we ask you to have at least two negative throat rinse samples (PCR) or one negative air sac rinse sample (PCR) from your veterinarian before your horse is delivered.
