In the event of an emergency (e.g. colic, serious injuries, severe/acute lameness ...), please call us and, if possible, ask your veterinarian for a referral. In any case, please bring your horse's equine passport and your identity card with you and bring both to our registration desk when you arrive. After 4 p.m. and at weekends, the registration desk is not staffed and the doctor on duty will take care of the patient during the emergency service.

For emergencies, we charge a one-off emergency service fee of €59.50 and a higher rate for the first 24 hours.
