The 25th symposium on meat and poultry meat hygiene is being organized as an anniversary conference by the Institute for Food Safety and Hygiene, Meat Hygiene Working Group, Center for Veterinary Public Health, Department of Veterinary Medicine, Freie Universität Berlin in cooperation with the Federal Institute for Risk Assessment, Berlin.
The event will take place in a hybrid format, so that participants have the opportunity to attend the conference in Berlin in presence at the Federal Institute for Risk Assessment, Diedersdorfer Weg 1, 12277 Berlin or online. Presentations will be held in person.
The submission of conference contributions is open and possible until 06.10.2024.
