The Student Office at the School of Veterinary Medicine coordinates the central aspects of teaching and study organization at the School of Veterinary Medicine. Another focus of its work is the central student advisory service.
Tasks of the teaching and study organization
- Advice on the curricular (further) development of the department's degree programs and study and examination regulations
- Implementation of the specifications in Campus Management:
- Coordination of course and room planning and implementation in the central Evento, Campus Management and course catalog systems
- Decentralized advice for lecturers on the "Blackboard" learning management system
Tasks of the Student Advisory Service:
The Office of Student Affairs is the central point of contact for student matters relating to the organization of studies. This includes
- Advice on the course of study, e.g. for semesters on leave, part-time study, changing degree programs and questions about the course of study
- Advice for prospective students
- Assistance with individual study organization, e.g. subsequent registration for courses via Campus Management
- Preparation of certificates on the course of study that cannot be issued via Campus Management (transcript of records, course of study, etc.)
- Preparation of BAFÖG certificates (Form 5)
