"In the examination subject Drug and Narcotics Law, students must demonstrate that they can select and prescribe suitable medicines for at least three clinical pictures and have knowledge of the principles of determining maximum residue limits and deriving withdrawal periods. Furthermore, they must prepare two medicinal products according to prescription and calculate them in accordance with the regulations applicable to medicinal product prices. In addition, students must demonstrate their knowledge of the relevant legal regulations on the trade in medicinal products and narcotics as well as the regulations and measures to prevent residues in foodstuffs of animal origin" (extract from the TAppV).
