The Institute for Food Safety and Hygiene carries out accredited microbiological tests for companies, private customers and for scientific institutions in the field of veterinary medicine.
The ILSH is accredited by the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS) (D-PL-18711-05-00) for the methods listed in the list of test methods in the flexible accreditation area in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018. The diagnostics primarily cover food of animal origin.
In addition, we carry out official microbiological cross-checks and prepare corresponding expert reports.
In addition to the detection of pathogenic germs, the tests are also used for the quantitative detection of spoilage organisms and the verification of cleaning and disinfection measures.
Proof of accreditation
The accreditation relates exclusively to the scope specified in the annex to the certificate D-PL-18711-05-00 and in the list of test procedures in the flexible scope of accreditation.
