Working group Diagnostics

The working group Diagnostics of the Institute of Food Hygiene, accredited since 1999, carries out microbiological, sensory and histological testing of food, esp. food of animal origin. We provide that service for the Department of Veterinary Medicine as well as for food producers.
Microbiological testing includes detecting of foodborne pathogens, spoilage microorganisms and stability essays.
